School Rules & Regulations
Admission
1. Only students who are above 3 years 6 months of age will be admitted to L.K.G. on the basis of an interview. For admission in L.K.G., it is mandatory to submit a Birth Certificate and a photocopy of Aadhaar Card (if available).
2. For admission to U.K.G. and above classes, candidates will have to appear for an Entrance Examination. The question paper will be based on Hindi, English, Mathematics, and Science. It is compulsory to fill the Admission Form and submit it to the office before the examination. The date of the examination and interview will be decided by the Principal. Before enrollment, the following conditions are also necessary:
- The Admission Form must be filled correctly.
- For admission in U.K.G. and above classes, submission of Birth Certificate photocopy, Aadhaar Card photocopy, and SLC is mandatory.
- Students who pass the entrance exam must deposit all the school fees and complete enrollment as soon as possible because seats are limited.
Promotion
There will be four main examinations in a year — in May, September, December, and March. After the annual examination, marks obtained in all monthly tests will also be considered for promotion. In case of illness or any valid reason, parents must submit a written application and obtain written permission from the Principal before the examination; otherwise, promotion will not be possible.
Expulsion
Any behavior against school discipline and morality will be a reason for expulsion. Expulsion of a student will be done by giving one month’s prior notice or by taking one month’s advance fee.
- Students who voluntarily request a Transfer Certificate (TC) must first clear all pending school dues; otherwise, the certificate will not be issued.
- Students who fail in all examinations of the year will have their names removed from the school register.
- The school has the right to remove students:
- Whose academic performance is continuously unsatisfactory.
- Who have a harmful influence on other students.
- Who show disrespect to any school staff or authority.
In all such cases, expulsion will be confirmed. - The authority to give punishment or pardon in matters of expulsion depends entirely on the discretion of the Principal.
